End User License Agreement
The saCaster software package is (c) Copyright 2006 BakMyTunes. All
rights reserved.
This is the license agreement for the saCaster Software. Installing and
using the software indicates your agreement to the terms of this
license. If you do not agree to the terms of this license you must
uninstall and delete it from your computer.
You may use saCaster without charge for an evaluation period of 15 days.
If you wish to use it after the evaluation period, you must purchase a
license.
License
Under the license you may: - Install and use saCaster on one computer. -
Install and use saCaster on a second computer, if the second computer is
normally used by the same person and the software will not be used on
both computers at the same time.
Limited Warranty
BakMyTunes warrants that, as of the date on which the Software is
delivered by BakMyTunes and for ninety (90) days thereafter, the
Software will provide the features and functions generally described in
the User Documentation and that the media on which the Software is
furnished, if any, will be free from defects in materials and
workmanship.
BakMyTunes's entire liability and Your exclusive remedy under the
limited warranty will be at BakMyTunes's option, to attempt to correct
or work around errors, to replace the defective media on which the
Software is furnished, if any, or to refund the license fees and
terminate this Agreement.
